Practice Process: Vet Times article

Ideally,
✅Minimise vet time doing paperwork so they can crack on with important vet jobs
✅Implementing a great process from start to finish to keep clients happy and prevent complaints
✅Make sure everyone has what they need to get the job done without feeling stressed

We surveyed practices that use OVForm to find out what is happening on the ground and published this article in the Vet Times
