Updates to OVForm User Interface, T's and C's, Privacy Policy

User Interface and Layout Changes

We are making a few adjustments to the layout of the user interface to improve overall usability and enhance your experience. These changes will not affect the functionality of the system but aim to provide a more streamlined and intuitive interaction. The updates include:

Repositioning of certain navigation buttons for better accessibility.
The slide out panels on the right will be replaced with in-line editing of form data
The supporting documents will now appear on each page of the certificate process to make referencing supporting information easier

Changes to Terms of Business

We have added terms for customers who pay for their credits using a subscription or pay in arrears.

GDPR Processor Update

We are also adding a new data processor - Google Cloud. This processor will provide AI assisted document text extraction allowing you to, for example, extract owner, pet and vaccination information directly from an uploaded vaccination record. Google Cloud’s security policy can be found here: https://cloud.google.com/document-ai/docs/security

Please note:

You will need to explicitly request processing by clicking a button - therefore no document is processed without opting in.
The document is processed by Google and the data returned to us in a single process without being saved to disk on Google's systems.
The data will not be used by Google for AI training purposes.
